At Meraki, we offer a variety of Pilates, Yoga and Barre classes to help you move 7 days a week, and with a maximum of 12 people per class we are able to provide you with a personalised experience. See the below descriptions to help you choose which classes will support you to achieve your goals.


Designed to help you develop an understanding of how your body moves, Pilates is a movement therapy used to increase physical strength, develop flexibility, improve posture, and enhance mental awareness. Pilates is a safe and low-impact form of exercise for people of all fitness levels. Each class is moderately paced, and provides a variety of modifications to suit individual needs.


Looking for some cardio? Be prepared to sweat in this 45-minute intense full-body workout; combining Pilates with High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). This energetic mix will strengthen your core, tone your body and burn fat in one brilliant burst.


Our Power Pilates class aims to challenge strength and endurance with full body integration, to increase stamina and mental focus. Focusing on functional movement exercises with the option to intensify your workout by use of equipment.


A low impact, high intensity, full body workout; combining techniques inspired by ballet, yoga and Pilates. In this class you will use a whole lot of muscles you didn’t know existed, and you’ll leave feeling challenged and liberated.


Pre/Post-natal Pilates can be used to maintain good posture and alleviate recurring aches and pains associated with pregnancy and post birth recovery. We integrate mobility, strength work, breathing and relaxation to help you stay active. Our qualified instructors will be there to help modify the exercises based on how you are feeling on the day.

It is important to have your doctor’s clearance before starting a new exercise program.


Keeping active is an incredibly important part of life as we get older; to reduce aches and pains and help our joints move more freely. In this class we target 65yrs and over to improve balance, strength and mobility. We incorporate a variety of different standing based exercises at a slower pace to fit all movement and fitness levels.


A slow-paced class that focuses on core poses and basics of yoga. Whether you’re a beginner or full-blown yogi, this class will reinforce the essential foundations to support your practice.


This class aims to raise your heart rate as it flows through poses, focussing on alignment and breath. Empowering you to find your rhythm to release tension you didn’t even know you were holding on to.


Do you need something a bit more relaxing and mellow? Then Yin is where you need to be. A restorative class aimed to rejuvenate and de-stress by targeting ligaments, joints and fascia. Surrender yourself to the floor-based poses that are held for several minutes, supported by props such as bolsters, blocks and blankets.
