Nicole grew up loving all kinds of sport and movement, and established a deep appreciation for psychology and holistic health.
Her immense gratitude for yoga began 5 years ago when she was undergoing some confronting and novel life transitions. Her yoga mat became a familiar sanctuary she could return home to each day; a place to introspect, reflect and find clarity despite life’s challenges.
Having travelled to India where she studied Yogic Psychology at a traditional ashram, Nicole has the unique ability to interweave aspects of yogic psychology into each class; empowering students to integrate yoga’s teachings into their daily lives.
Monique is devoted to living her best life, and is naturally passionate for health and wellness! She believes movement is medicine, and loves many different disciplines.
Monique grew up as a dancer, then discovered Pilates; which encourages her to continually express that side of herself. Through her training, she developed a greater awareness of how to achieve an optimum level of body movement.
Supporting her students to achieve greater alignment, both mentally and physically, than when they arrived, is Monique’s ultimate goal. In her spare time, you’ll find her studying (she’s an acupuncture student!), or cooking something yummy.
