Katie

Katie is an ex-gymnast, long-time lover of mindful movement, a natural space holder and a mother of 2 young, gorgeous, cheeky daughters.

Katie adores sharing and guiding moments harvested through the practices of Yoga and Pilates.  Invoking the perfect blend of confidence and calm by blending a fusion of technique driven, smooth, dynamic, and creative sequencing.

Through mindful movement, Katie will empower and support each of her students to use the tools required to release stagnancy and promote natural fluidity; formally reintroducing oneself to their body through the art of Yoga and Pilates.

Julia

Julia is a former professional dancer with a passion for the body and understanding it’s physical, emotional and spiritual form.

Julia first began her teaching career in her teens teaching children’s dance classes and went on to study Barre Pilates, Yoga, Kinesiology and Counselling. Her work beautifully intertwines and she brings a wealth of knowledge to her classes.

Julia is a mum to 3 school aged children and also enjoys running in her spare time. She is community driven and has a welcoming energy.

Christine

Christine is our resident Canadian!  She grew up being passionate about health and wellness, and continued to focus on developing as a fitness professional.

With a background in Kinesiology and Personal Training, Christine was introduced to the Pilates world upon moving to Australia.  She absolutely fell in love with how the mobility and strength training improved how she felt out on a run and decided to pursue a career to help others.

Christine’s extensive education has awarded her a depth of knowledge in many areas, and is a well loved and respected senior trainer within our Meraki Langwarrin community. And if you ever want to talk vegie patches – she is your girl!

Saskia

Saskia has a passion for helping people achieve their goals.  She believes connecting with the body through movement is the key to living a happy and healthy life.

After years of dance training and teaching, Pilates helped her create longevity within her body, and it soon became an addiction.  Saskia believes Pilates should be accessible, inclusive, and heaps of fun – all the while working up a killer sweat!  You will leave her engaging classes glowing with positivity, and challenged in both the mind and the body.

When Saskia isn’t in the studio, you’ll find her attending to her jungle of indoor plants, or harvesting the latest crop from her garden.

Paige

Paige discovered the physical, emotional, and mental benefits of regular yoga practice whilst completing her Bachelor of Health Science in Naturopathy.  She is dedicated to educating and empowering others to find their optimal health through a holistic approach.

In each class, Paige uses her knowledge of the human body to ensure every student, regardless of their abilities, has a nurturing experience and connects to their body in a loving way.

Paige’s yoga class will allow you to release tension in your body and find calmness in the mind as she weaves mindfulness and yogic philosophies throughout each class.

Mel

Mel is a talker!  She loves engaging with everyone, and gets such pleasure from helping people reach their well-being goals; by focusing on quality over quantity and ensuring technique is correct.

Mel is a health & well-being specialist with a background in Nutrition, Naturopathy and Personal Training.  She is passionate about Pilates, and all of the health benefits it brings with it – mind, body and spirit.

Mel is a beach lover, who spends a lot of her down time on the Mornington Peninsula paddle boarding, and walking the cliffs and beaches of where she has lived for over 40 years.

Karen

Karen is a qualified dancer with over 2 decades experience as a dance teacher in Australia and the US.

She is passionate about movement, technique and anatomy, and passing on her knowledge to others. Bringing patience, kindness, and clarity to her classes which are intentionally created to be of value to everybody, allowing all to find the peace and calm that yoga brings.

When not in the yoga studio, Karen can be found walking the dog, chasing the chickens and tending her veggie garden. With an interest in the health and wellness of both people and the planet, she endeavours to live a sustainable life with her husband and son.

Kirby

Kirby fell in love with fitness and training 15 years ago, but it wasn’t until she discovered yoga that she truly found her passion, and took the leap from teaching to guiding others in their movement.

After the birth of her first child, Pilates became integral to building back her strength and stability. She was able to build her knowledge to share her love of yoga and Pilates with others.

Kirby loves to create flowing, challenging and fun Pilates sequences that engage both the body and the mind. While her yoga flows invite warmth, smooth shapes and soft transitions. Creating time on the mat that meets you wherever you are, as she truly believes that movement is for every body.
